The Work Ahead

The purpose for my work is to form disciplined, capable young men through mentorship, martial arts, music, philosophy and real-world skill building.

Too many young men are given information without formation, freedom without discipline, and ambition without guidance, if anything at all. They are not lacking intelligence or potential - they are lacking structure, standards, and a path, involving accountability, to develop both character and capability.

This work reflects a personal commitment to discipline, high standards, and long-term impact. It is the reason I pursue demanding environments and high-performing roles - to build the capacity, financial and technical resources, and strategic experience required to execute this vision over time.

Mentorship & Mission

Guiding young men through philosophy, leadership, and real-world skills.

Character & Competence

Building discipline and expertise in STEM, trades, and manufacturing.

Young men need standards, self-command, and controlled exposure to challenge. Through martial arts, physical discipline, accountability, and mentorship, this pillar develops resilience, humility, composure, and responsibility.

Formation requires more than information, especially in an age of information at one's fingertips! Through philosophy, writing, healthy deliberation, and music, this pillar develops judgement, creativity, communication, and the ability to think and express with clarity and control.

Capability must tangible. Through STEM, trades/craftsmanship, manufacturing, and applied problem-solving, this pillar develops real world skill, technical confidence and respect for disciplined work and craftsmanship.

Growth is incomplete if it ends with the self. This pillar develops responsibility for others and communities through service, mentorship, leadership, and the expectation that strength and capability should be used to build, guide and give back.

How this is Forged

As a work in progress that requires as much time as it does capital and council, next steps shown here...

Pilot

The first step is a small summer cohort designed to test this model in practice. The goal is to build a repeatable model that can grow into a summer-time academy.

Initial Focus:

  • Small group

  • Day-based program

  • Structure the curriculum across all four pillars

  • Direct mentorship + measurable standards

Long-Term Vision

The long-term goal is to build a non-profit summer academy offering immersive formation for young pre-teen/teenage men - a very crucial age where standards, habits, and beliefs are built - through full-day and eventually summer boarding/stays.

This is not a short-term initiative, but a long-horizon effort to develop men who can think clearly, build competently, and lead responsibly.
